Auto Glass Now Fredericksburg

My vehicle was broken into. The rear drivers side window needed to be replaced. I called Auto Glass now at 8:30am. They had my car in at 11am and it was ready by noon for a very reasonable price. When I picked up my car I was talking with one of the service men & an issue was with another one of my cars came up. He walked me out to my other car, took a look & did a quick service. It's really nice to know that there are still some good people in this world. Overall it was a great experience.

Called Stacy at Auto Glass Now. She explained the process and gathered info needed to order the windshield and made an appointment. The installation was fast, thorough, and professional. Ford dealer in my area quoted $700 (but, to be fair the dealer service advisor recommended an auto glass shop to save $.). Auto Glass Now did the job for just under $200 on my Ford Fiesta. (I did not go thru my insurance company)

Cancelled my Safelite appt because this company promised faster service at a better price. I was called several hours after my appt time and asked to bring the car in to the shop instead of my promised at-home repair. I was told there was no tech in the morning when I asked about my promised early service, and they denied having told me it would be fixed that day until I showed it in writing. I was told by 4pm. At 5pm I was called and told to pick up the car because they couldn't do the work. The manager argued to me that she couldn't make the tech work if he didn't want to. While this was happening another angry customer arrived and demanded the manager as his newly replaced windshield had detached while he drove. Thank you, Autoglass Now, for wasting my day and making my family cancel our weekend trip.

Dropped my truck off to get a window replaced and was lucky enough to get in earlier than thought. Everybody there was very friendly. Would use them again if needed.

Shady business practices, poor customer service, and misleading their customers just to name a few. Today was my first and last experience with this company. I was quoted that a window repair tech would be at my home between 8a-10am. The tech called me just before 10 to say that he would not be to my house until around noon. Noon came and went without so much as a phone call. By 3pm we called to cancel the appointment, only to then be told that service hours are between 8am-5pm. I guess they think their company is worth waiting around for all day. Guess again. Word of mouth spreads fast, and these guys can rest assured that my entire neighborhood will hear about how crappy this company is.

Mike Swain - Drop Van off at 8am, call back at 12:51pm was on hold for 8 minutes, get on the phone. Say not an appointment was a drop off. We have until end of day to get the job completed. Advised unacceptable and not customer satisfaction in the worst way. I will find a ride to pick up my ride and find someone that wants my money oppose to people who wants to try to make money by being understaffed and unproffessional. Cancelled an 11:15am 3-31-2014 appoint for a 4-2-14 drop off. Where they do that at.

Great price. Came to my place of work at the time the tech said. Both techs were professional. No coplaints from this customer. Did I mention GREAT PRICE!

Did not have the tools in shop to do the job, waited an hour for a truck to come back with tool to complete the install. Window not properly aligned , rubs going up and down. Would not use again.
