Halim was great with helping my boyfriend and I pick our furniture for our new home. He answered any and all questions we had and was knowledgeable on all of the products. He was also very patient with us. We would definitely recommend Halim and Ashley Furniture!

We have always had a great experience when shopping at Ashley furniture. Our salesman Hamid was very helpful and patient while I tried to decide what I wanted. We could not have asked for better service and sales!! He was a no pressure kind of guy!!

The sales person whom I had was very helpful and gave good suggestions for what our needs were for our home. After our purchase, we needed to make a selection change due to space, and the manager was very helpful and understood our needs.

Ashley furniture is the best! I recently moved to Virginia with my family and had to buy a new living room and bedroom set. A wonderful woman by the name of Libby helped me pick everything out and even gave me some interior decorating ideas - the woman has flawless taste! I loved our purchases and the service was phenomenal! Highly recommend it :)

I am very pleased with the prompt service from Kevin R and team, they were patient with my questions and multiple visits before deciding on a living room set (my kids had to have their input). I did receive a call within the 3 weeks that were mentioned and be delivered within those 3 weeks, so happy!

On May 2014 purchased furniture there. I had it stated in written it will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. After calling a few times to check on the status of the delivery I got told its going to be maybe a few days later. 3 weeks have passed NO ONE called, so I called again. To find out it only would be on line end of June? As im leaving the area in July I told them that is a no go. Mysteriously I finally received the set beginning of June 2014 only to came and find out a nightstand i thought was in the set ( as the consultant told me) not to be delivered. I sure had the worst experience with this store and their customer service is just horrible. Hands down they sure dont care once they have your money. Never will I ever recommend this store to anyone. If I could give o stars I sure would. Just stay away from Trivett's and Ashley since they are operated by the same person!
