I scheduled a test drive and when I arrived for my appointment, Alex had the vehicle ready, and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy - which I appreciate so much. Before going to Shockley, I had shopped for an SUV for several weeks at other dealerships whose salespeople left excessive voicemails on my cell phone, sent me multiple emails daily, and put on pressure after I test drove a vehicle.
