The time estimate was 4 days, but it took 9 days to do the work. I have problems with my driver's door now since they worked on my car. Also, my spare key now gets stuck in the ignition, where previously it worked fine. Unfortunately, I will not use them again nor recommend them to family and friends. However, you cannot tell my car was hit. The paint job was great.
