        The City of Frederick Department of Public Works provides and maintains the infrastructure of Frederick, Md. It is comprised of two divisions: Water and Sewer, and General Services. The Water and Sewer department is responsible for water treatment, water quality, water distribution, sewer collection, storm water management and wastewater treatment. The General Services division provides trash and special collections, street lighting and snow removal.

        Number NOT in service - waste time

        This is not a correct number for the City of Frederick Public Works dept. The error message says "not in service" when calling it,
