Excellent at diagnosing the problem. They use hands on feeling muscle & bone to see what is causing the problem. The staff has different specialties, & I saw each one. They are very friendly & professional.

I never even got in the front door. When I called to make an appointment, I was put on indefinite hold without the receptionist ever checking in to let me know the wait time. So, I hung up and called again, this time asking her to call me when she had a moment to spare. Two hours later, I have had no call. If this office is too busy to even call me back, how good can they be? Certainly not competent in their hiring a receptionist.
