WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!!!!! They came out to open my pool and didn't finish... OK, I look for a note, check voicemail and call their office. No one can track this guy down for over 3 hours and I was the first or second stop! Place closes at 5 and no one calls me back... The following morning the owner talks to me like it's my fault they couldn't open the pool - there was a cracked fitting. Um, that's why I hire a professional to open the pool - they can fix it. The tech didn't have his phone on him and no big deal that no one called or left me a note. The owner even stuck it to me saying "He forgot his phone - I'm sure that never happens to you" - ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY - IT IS NOT APPRECIATED!!!!! If something goes wrong, it will be your fault and there's no way they're going to accept any responsibility. As a customer, I want to use a local shop & I spent a lot of money blindly with them - new heater, pumps, etc NEVER AGAIN!
