TERRIBLE - Over 2 months and I still haven't rec'd a check for just a stupid AMBULANCE coverage - my regular insurance already paid for the ambulance! They just are doing the accident copay! Send 2" (yes I measured it) via fax and they have just done a huge song & dance "check is in the mail" routine that would do any con artist proud! Now the latest - air ambulance coverage is not covered because in MD they don't bill you. They sold me it in Maryland KNOWING that they don't bill you so you can't get the coverage.
