Professionalism

I rescued a Sheltie that was greatly in need of training. They are very professional at this facility and have a lot of experience with dogs. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone. Just got back from the vet's office and a full waiting room and my 20 month old dog was the only one not going crazy! He was getting compliments about how well behaved he was. That was because of the training that he received from this facility! Thanks Cindy and Mary!

Experienced trainers, knowledg...

Experienced trainers, knowledgeable about a variety of dog sports. If you need basic obedience training and problem solving, this is a great place. If you want to get into dog sports like agility or flyball whether you are brand new or experienced, this is the place to go. The instructors here know a variety of techniques and compete in the dog sports they instruct. Rates are affordable.

Overall
Beginner's Agility

I had Beginner's I & II agility training with Jennifer and Gayle B as the instructors and Joey, my Havanese/Bichon mix, had a great time and they got me addicted too! This is something for me and my dog to enjoy together. These two instructors have been great and very encouraging and have great energy. They show us the techniques with their own dogs and then let us practice. The class was suppose to be for an hour, but they typically run two hours in the beginning. They take the necessary time to practice the right techniques with the owners and give great pointers!! I truly enjoyed these courses and continued on, but I'm not sure about one of the new instructors just yet. If you can get Gayle B & Jennifer!

Overall
Very disappointed in dog obedience class

I was enrolled in an obedience class with 12 other dogs in a small room. The two trainers advised me different ways to do things, confusing and frustrating both me and my dog. One trainer was inflexible in accepting the different needs and personalities of the dogs and only applied her methods that were unsuccessful for some in the class and was very vocal when methods from the other trainer were used. After 4 classes, one dog still spent most of the time in the corner or storage closet and another spent time being sat on by it's owner behind an old fashioned baby gate. The trainers did nothing to acclimate these dogs to the class. Your money will be far better spent and your dog provided much better care and training at any other dog obedience school.
