The staff at Brentwood Animal Campus are wonderfully sensitive and kind. Our dogs love going there, leap out of our car to run and play with their furry friends. The pond is a hit!

The staff at Brentwood Animal Campus takes excellent care of my spoiled four legged family member. It's a very clean facility with a caring, friendly staff. I also like the fact that there's a vet on premise as well. This is the best place to take your animal.

Be very very careful when choosing what vet to use at animal campus. Not all vets are equal!! lots of vet turn over don't know know why. Over vaccinated our small dog to the point she went in to shock and need to be taken to emergency vet to be stabilized. Lastly recorded keeping has my other dog as a cat and our kitten as a 15year old. Please use extreme caution if you choose to use animal campus veteran. Hopefully nobody goes through our experience again.

The kennels are very clean. Based on the posted photos, report cards, and the condition of our three dogs upon their return they really enjoyed their stay.

Brentwood Animal Campus is a great place to take your pets. Just the other day they saved us. Our dog was sprayed by and skunk and I could not get the smell out no matter how hard I tried. I called up the office and they fit me in that day. Thanks to the groomer and the awesome staff my dog smells like a new puppy. Fresh and clean.

I took my dog to Animal Campus to trial the Doggie Dorms for daycare. Prior to dropping him off they requested that I arrive around 7am to drop him off prior to all the other dogs arriving so he wouldn’t be ambushed when he first got there upon dropping him off they informed me that if there were any problems they would call me to come and pick Diesel up. When I arrived at the doggie dorms I noticed that there were almost 20 dogs that were already there. This made me nervous because I didn’t want Diesel to feel ambushed and overwhelmed once he joined the dogs. The care taker calmed my nerves and told me that they would make sure that wouldn’t happen. When I arrived 7 hours later Diesel was very nervous and jumpy (which is the opposite of his normal demeanor). One of the care takers informed me that Diesel responded aggressively to some of the other dogs. I expressed my confusion because Diesel had been very well socialized with other dogs and had never shown to be aggressive to anything. She told me it would be normal aggressive behavior if the he was getting humped by another dog but it is not normal for a dog to act aggressively if approached by 20 dogs. I was supposed to bring Diesel back the next day but because he remained jumpy and scared for most of the night I couldn’t bear to send him there ever again. We now have a new dog and take him to Playtime Doggie Daycare (which I couldn’t be happier with) and they informed me that Diesel’s response was normal and they mishandled the situation. Mishandling situations seems to be something Animal Campus is very good at; which brings me to my last interaction with this facility.

Great Doggie Daycare

I would highly recomment this daycare. We've taken our dog Sparky there numerous times. They are always friendly and seem to genuinely care about your pets. Their facilities are very clean & well maintained. Sparky loves it there too.
