Title Boxing Club CoolSprings

I really enjoyed Title boxing. First class was free and they give you gloves to use, but you have to buy your wraps (they're like $10.) I like variation in my workouts so it was perfect. I signed up for month to month. You can do that or sign up for a year it's a little less that way. You then have to purchase gloves. The instructors I had are upbeat and knowledgeable. I would suggest investing in a private class to insure you have proper form so you don't end up hurting yourself! In class you box the majority of time with a short break between "rounds" and finish with a killer ab workout for the last 10 minutes! Overall I had a great experience and amazing workout every time.
