SunTrust Bank

Suntrust allowed my privacy to go to a healthcare creditor, and have them garnish my checking account without notification. I've bank there for over 20 years but my relationship with them is over. I would give no stars for this action but it seems I had to give one. Years ago at an ATM the machine took the money back (because my daughter in the back seat was crying) and it took weeks and numerous phone calls to get my money back.

We have a corporate account and have banked here for years. Well, there is a new red sweltered sheriff in town. I have never been charged for a cashiers check before but ole red sweater pulls out a worksheet to read me the regulations and then charges me $8. Back at you big boy.
