Meadowview Apartments

The worst complex in Franklin and the definition of a slum. We had a leak from the upstairs toilet that came down into our kitchen below- 2 weeks until someone came out to fix it. Disgusting mold everywhere that no one will come and clean, dishwasher doesn't stay in the wall, leak under the sink that no one ever fixed, and I could go on. Did I mention the child molester that lived across the street?? I am so glad they run background checks!!

It truly was a nightmare and so was Queenie- the front desk woman. As soon as I found out I was expecting, we broke the lease. I definitely do NOT recommend Meadowview to anyone.

We barely survived the rental process - the apartment, supposedly clean, was filthy! The kitchen "new" formica seams were bulging, HVAC closet had dust from the middle ages. The half bath toilet was falling through the floor. Gaps between wall and shower install.The office woman was from hell. We escaped before we moved in.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The maintenance is horrible. I have lives in the complex for 6 years, and 3 different apartment buildings. There was black mold in each apartment, brown recluses and the landlord refuses to fix anything. If you have any maintenance on anything it is better if you know how to fix it. The insulation is poor and the electric bill is insanely high. The a/c, heater, faucets, toilets, drains often break or quit working. It takes 3-5 times for maintenance to actually get anything fixed. The apartment manager has poor professional relations skills, and is often mean and refuses to help or talk about any issues.
