IHOP

Nice place, friendly people. Service good, food too. Most of all place is clean.

So thankful that they finally opened up a IHOP close to me. It is about time as we needed one badly! Waited awhile to write a review because I wanted to visit at least a couple of times to be fair. Well I have been there 5 times since they opened and have had good food and good service each time. The hot food is hot, the cold food is cold. It was very good quality food, the servers were nice and on the ball and finally the Management cared. Two managers came by my table twice, and the other three times one came by and asked if everything was alright. It was so I had no problems. I recommended this IHOP to family and friends and they loved it as well! Thank you IHOP for the good food and service with a smile....as they say!

I brought my mother to this Franklin location for her birthday for breakfast. We asked for a booth and was told they were cleaning one off - we also saw them cleaning one off. Several couples came in behind us and were seated at tables. One of the couples was not happy with the table and requested a booth - they were given our booth. The hostess came out and told us they were not happy with the table and when they saw the booth being cleaned off - they requested it - she apologized. We left and went somewhere else. I contacted Ihop mgmt about the situation. I was promised a free breakfast to be mailed to my address and I never received them, so unfortunately mgmt doesn't stand behind what they say. I informed mgmt about my first experience at his Ihop when they first opened and about the hair in my food, but because they were new - we wanted to give them a second chance. Since, they gave the booth away to another couple on their second chance, we will not be going back and neither will my family and friends. Try Dotson's downtown Franklin for breakfast if u haven't already - they are amazing!
