AWFUL!!!! I am a in the customer service/salon industry as well and I am so upset with the way I was treated by the owner and staff. I paid $60+ for a full set of nails plus gel French over the top, tipped well and left happy. Two days later I had 4 chipped and broken nails plus they turned yellow and the white chipped off of the remaining nails. I do not lay in a tanning bed so I have no idea why they turned yellow. I called to ask if they could fix and the owner tells me no at first bc she says it's been too long. I explain repeatedly that it's only been two days. The next day, I am passing by the salon (I don't live close) and I have my 3 children with me so I can't get them fixed but I run in and show her the chipping and yellowing just so she can see them and understand why I want them fixed. She tells me to come back anytime to have them fixed. I and a mom of three with a full time job and never have time for myself. Today, I randomly had a small window of time and stopped by hoping to get them fixed. I have currently been sitting here waiting for 40 minutes and when I asked how much longer it would be she said "i have to take care of paying customers and I get to you later." I just asked for my money back so that I can go somewhere else and get them done and she refused. She told me that they never gerund money and I will just have to wait. Then another employee (a man) chimes in and starts arguing with me about how "I want them to drop all the other customers and take me first" which is something I NEVER said. I will NEVER be back and I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. Horrible, horrible business practice and customer service. And I am not a complainer. I know how hard it is to work with the public and I never once got angry or mad or lost my temper. Just want the mistake be made right and clearly it's not. Terrible people and place.
