        I just love the Motor Company Grill. The staff is friendly, the food is great and always consistent. If anyone has a problem with the service being a little slow, they have to remember that the food is prepared to order. Also, if you stop by on a weekend of an event (i.e. Pumpkinfest), you are going to have a wait but it is well worth it!!! I would and do recommend this restaurant to everyone.

        The motor company grill is our best restaurant in franklin,the pet friendly patio was the bomb,when we sat down a fresh bowl of water was brought to chino our huskey,they also have a great doggie menu,We orded a October burger,onion rings and cuban sandwich.The food came out fresh and hot.if you are in the franklin nc area you must stop by.

        Go, go, go! Food is always ver...

        Go, go, go! Food is always very good but I had to give it 4 stars because the service can be slow. Servers are friendly but sometimes the service is slow. Absolutely adorable decor.

        Very poor service! Took over 45 min. to get two hot dogs and fries because the wait staff "forgot" to put our order in. Asked for contact information to speak with management and was provided only with their to go menu with the phone number on the front. I was at least comped a drink.

        Our family had been vacationing in Franklin this year,we were driving up main street and spotted the Motor Company Grill,what appealed to me was the 1950s look and they have a pet friendly patio,so we stopped and glad we did we all sat on the patio with our pooch, when our server came out she had a fresh bowl of water for our dog,then suggested the specials of the day,we all orded our food. and it was just GREAT the chicken n biscuts were as homemade as you could get.,the service and servers were wonderfull..The owner of this restaurant sure knows what service ,value,and friendly people are all about.         We stopped in Franklin, NC from Florida on our way to Deal's Gap with 3 other motorcycle couples and found the Motor Company Grill a great place for a meal. The atmosphere is open and friendly with indoor and outdoor seating available. Our server did an outstanding job taking care of our table of 8, and the food was excellent. We made a point to stop on our way home for a second meal; same server, and excellent food once again.

        I was told there were new owners as of March of this year,so my wife and I gave it a try,what a difference these owners have a handle on value,food and service,I had a hamburger she had a real GRILLED hot dog and the bun was toasted,This is a great place to stop when you are in the franklin area. Keep up the good work we will be back. Dayton & Cill
