Burrell Family & Ob Care

After being a patient for 2 years with the burrell family group, still having problems with the receptionists {Tiffany} and the nurse {Ashley}, have several problems with them, not only knowing the descriptions of their jobs, but the actual following thru and up on their patient care. on several occasions they have "dropped the ball". once, when needing a referrel to a specialist, the nurse was assigned the task of finding one to send my husband to, after 3 weeks, she got him a physician over six (6) hours away. so I, within 10 minutes of notification of that fact, located him a specialist one (1) hour away. But unfortunately, had to have Ashley, the nurse fax the proper paperwork to his office, which seemed simple enough, until for whatever reason, took six (6) separate phone calls from me to her to complete this task. on another occasion, my husband had an appointment with one of the doctors in the group, one (1) week prior to the appointment, Tiffany called to change the appointment to an earlier date, which I rescheduled with her, after telling her I would confirm with my husband and get back to her. The date was an interruption in my husbands schedule, so he rescheduled with Ashley, the nurse. She told him she would call in his usual prescriptions after checking with the doctor, instead, she left the office, after lunch, without even mentioning it or having the courtesy to call back and inform my husband of any reason for the delay, which sent a whole set of consequences in motion which were very costly and could have been easily avoided.
