Bi-Lo

I gave his Bi_lo store an over-all 2 rating is because the produce manager is not at all friendly. Gosh-darn you should ask him a question, he'll bite your head off. I have been shopping at BI-LO for over 7 years, one
in Anderson, SC before moving here. That store in Anderson was so soooo friendly, this Franklin store could use some lessons on customer service/customer care ! I have made this grocery store.. MY STORE, I use all the departments there from bakery/deli, to produce, to meats, to groceries, to cold dairy case(even the young staffers always<< say good morning sir, can we help you find anything..when leaving that department, its always.. have a good day sir ! And Nikki and Joseph, cashiers, they are just so warm and friendly. They cannot thank you enough for shopping at Bi-Lo ! So that's my take on Bi-Lo's in Franklin, NC.
