It wasn’t good at all very upset with my situation and totally disgusted I been going to this man at least 10 years not ever again will I give him any buisness or will I bring another tint to him
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I have been going to him for several years (out of lack of having any other choices locally), brought him at least 5 cars over that time, and they (he had his wife call me) tell me when I brought them a car I just bought that I can go find somewhere else because I'm too picky!!!!! Over that time I have had a few occasions that I went back for reasons I felt were necessary, and some other issues I never brought up.
One problem I had was a new car I had bought a few years ago, I took to them, and when it was done, there was a lot of dust or what I call "trash" under the tint that you could see on two windows. I can see having a few specs, but these were covered with white dots under the tint, so I ask to redo them, and he did, but I know now I was being too picky, no matter how bad of a job he did. Also on same car, he put a small slit in the leather with the razor he uses to cut the tint on the back of the back seat, which I let slide, never brought it up!
The other was a new truck I bought, and he did the driver and passenger doors, and a few weeks later the tint started rolling up on the bottom so I took it back for him to fix it, because that would just get worse, and he cut off the part that was rolling up, which was fine, but again, I now know that I was being too picky according to him.
And finally, on yet another car, the tint was fine, but when he cut the tint on the back window to fit (he cuts the tint on the window, he doesn't use a plotter to precut the tint like a lot of shops are going to), he cut through some part of my defrost line on that window and the lower half of my defrost never worked after he tinted it. I also never brought that up either!
So I feel like I was not being unreasonable, and I could have made a lot more fuss about the damage to my vehicles, but I didn't. So if all you want is tint on your windows and you are willing to take it however it turns out, good or bad, then take it to bivins, but just pay them and drive away, and don't say anything to them about any problems you may have, because you will be too picky.

One was a lot of trash under the tint, another was tint rolling up at the bottom. But I guess getting these problems fixed is being too picky! The ones I did not bring up was he punctured the leather on the back of my backseat in a brand new car and on another car, he was cutting the tint on the back window and cut through the little defrost line on the window and the bottom half of that window's defrost never worked after that. He does not care about taking care of customers and standing behind his work, he considers that too picky!!!!
