I bought a 2005 grand prix ....best car i've ever owned. The salesperson was wonderful, answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me. I will go back for all my vehicle purchases.......Thanks Hagans Auto......

Do not under any circumstances buy a vehicle from Hagan’s. I would give a negative star rating if that were possible! We responded to a Craigslist posting for an older truck with low miles. We were told that the car had sat a lot in the previous owner’s garage (this may be true) but that they had checked it over (including hooking it up to a computer) and had no problems whatsoever (when I took it to AutoZone last week, they said that there was no power to the computer, so obviously they must not have even hooked it up to see that this was not functional). They also said the tires and brakes had been recently replaced and that the transmission was new. We should have taken it to an independent dealer (our fault for being so naive) but we took them on their word and bought it (after trading in my car—really wish I hadn’t done that now). They said that the minor electrical problems we noticed during the test-drive (e.g. windshield wipers not working, no fuse in for the horn and interior lights, front blowers not working) were easily fixed (he said he fixed the wipers by tightening something after our test drive, but since we took it home they have only been working intermittently, so obviously a bigger problem than he told us) or that with time they would likely work better because the truck had been sitting. We took it to a car shop today, a week and a half after buying it, and were quoted over $1,200 worth of work for the immediate safety of the vehicle (rear brakes were totally worn out and grinding; front brakes also needed new pads, etc. and the transmission fluid was completely out). Basically, they didn’t check anything and told us bold-faced lies the entire time we were there. We asked them about all of these things several times, and they reassured us and conned us into buying the vehicle.

I had a car detailed by them and they priced it at $145 . When I went to pick it up they just cleaned the inside...not very good I must say...and then they told me it would be another $250 for a wax and buff....no thanks! They scratched the side panel and back window glass and tried to deny the did it. Never again will I go back!

I bought a 99 dodge ram from this guy a year ago and price was so cheap I actually asked him "whats the catch"? I was actually very sceptical but I bought it anyway. Turns out it was actually a great buy... I just wish he would have let me test drive the chevelle he was restoring in the back. I defenatly plan to go back for my next vehicle.
