Franklin Family Dentistry

First off when I called to set my initial appointment I told them my insurance company I had, the lady said they took my insurance. The appointment it's self was ok,the dentist was very pleasant. Then I got the large bill for the work done, I called them to ask why and they said they were not actually in our insurance network. So I reluctantly sent them payment and I still got a bill from a collection company.
