Took my laptop computer in to have the AC connection repaired. When I went to pick it up I was told that the AC connection needed to be repaired (which I told them that was what it needed when I took it in) and they weren't equipped to do it. They charged me a $32.50 service charge, to tell me that the same thing I told them needed to be repaired, and sent me home with a computer in the same condition I took it in, instead of telling me they were not equipped to do that kind of work when I took it in. I guess that's a nice way to make money without any investment if you can live with yourself? :(
