Starbucks Coffee

I must admit the customer service has significantly improved. The music is very nice. I love the coffee. However ; Sadly on occasion there is very rude customers that cough with out covering their mouth. We witnessed a very rude , arrogant customer . On : Sunday , Dec. 2, 2018. The subject was observed tapping other customers on the arm just to get a chair. This is : Assault. Calif. Penal Code: 240. He appeared to be a male Hispanic adult. Approximately : 5 ft. 10 inches in height. No visible tattoos. Short hair. This subject was with a female Asian adult. She was observed wearing a stripped black and white sweater . The male Hispanic adult should : Rather say : " Excuse me ,Sir or Miss". Rather then touching or tapping any customer. The subject was observed driving : A black four door car. Calif. Plate: 8EDF268. Some times rude , arrogant people do things like this to bully other people smaller then their self. This is a violation of: Calif. Penal Code: 422.6. Thats two observed crimes. Its unknown if this is on the Starbucks camera. Its obvious he was attempting to instigate provocation. To impress his girlfriend. As the Bible says: " We should treat people like we want to be treated ). The subject was observed leaving in a four door black small car: Calif. Plate: 8EDF268. Between : 7:00 P.M. and 8:30 P.M. On Sunday: Dec. 2, 2018.
