These police officers are doing a wonderful job. Thank you. However ; When opportunity does arrive . Can they investigate this McDonalds : 11321 Talbert Ave, Fountain Valley Calif. 92708. It does appear homeless vagrants come to this , McDonalds at this time: 10:00 P.M. to closing at: 11:00. Note: They loiter and appear to be looking at what customers are driving. Plus: How much money they pull out of their wallet. Then they keep looking at all the people charging their car. Just a little west of this McDonalds. Note: Most recently one of the regular homeless vagrants sneaked up on a visitor. The homeless vagrant is described as male Hispanic adult. He has a black hoody, or black baseball cap. He is about , five ten inches. Thin built or skinny. He has a mustache. We saw this male Hispanic adult sneak up on a visitor in the front lobby. The male Hispanic homeless vagrant pointed his finger or an object in the middle of the back of the customer . As to give the impression this was a gun. Then the customer moved away. By the grace of God it was not a gun. This male Hispanic vagrant has a mustache . He has dark clothes. He might be on bike or on foot. He is aggressive. Might be unemployed ? Might have actual weapons and drugs. He sits on the seats of this McDonalds that face : Cosco's Store. This male Hispanic vagrants sits with a tall fat male white adult. The very fat male white adult , has brown hair that go's just past the top part of his shoulders. They are working together to rob people. Both might be on government assistance ? Or both are just homeless vagrants. They both show up at :10:00 P.M. leave at closing. This is at: 11:00 P.M. both are looking at females by them self. Both are looking at couples walking from: The place where people charge their car. They are casing people out. Both are usually not buying any food at McDonalds . If they are on bike its hard to get their license plate. They both might have priors. Also: They might be selling drugs? The onsite manager is strangely turning a blind eye. I'm not sure if any co workers saw the incident? These police are doing a wonderful job.
