        The lady that answered the phone was totally hateful and hung up on me too. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy! I've been without air for over a week now and they came out yesterday and installed a new unit inner and outer and it quit working again an hour after they left. There are no emergency numbers to call. They tell me they will be back today between 10 and 11 and it's now 12:30 and they pull up. The tech today tells me the tech yesterday forgot to flush out the system. How do you forget to do that?
