If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in with over 15,000 cash and 2 cars to trade and they were absolutely unwilling to deal on their price at all. They brought one car down 700 dollars and the other car they refused to budge on any price. They kept giving me the runaround with, "Well your payment is only...." What we wanted was a discount on the original price of the vehicle. Not even a big one. They refused to tell us price out the door and would only talk about monthly payments. All they do is run circles around you until you are either to dizzy to think and give in or you get frustrated and leave. They made several mistakes with the trade in vehicles, like not reading the vehicle identification number correctly and getting the year of the vehicle wrong to try to short change us on the trade in value of the 2 vehicles. I'm disgusted with how much effort and how many days i spent trying to get service and give them my money with absolutely nothing to reciprocate.
