- The Northview Apartments is a unique apartment community, located in the historic Fort Worth Stock Yards District of Fort Worth, Texas. The complex has a colorful history, dating back to 1930. The property is a Fort Worth Historical Landmark and we have tried to retain the look and feel of its unique background. All of the units have wood floors that has been covered with carpet and tile, and some still have antique fixtures, which give them a truly vintage feel. We have tried to restore and retain as much of the original atmosphere as possible. Our complex is situated with two peaceful patios both upstairs and down stairs; the property also contains trees and flowers. It is a perfect area for relaxing with a book, or chatting with your neighbors.

- At Northview Apartments We only have One Bedroom Apartments. At our annex property close to Northside Drive we have one and two bedroom apartments at this property. All of the apartments at Northview and the annex are NOT all bills paid (water, trash and sewer are covered by the apartments but the electric is covered by the tenant). We are a few blocks bus line and are within minutes of The Fort Worth Stockyards, downtown Fort Worth and the Trinity River. Pets are NOT allowed, however service dogs are allowed as required by law.

Crackhouse! BEWARE. My son moved into these apartments before I had a chance to check them out. In less than 1 week his apartment has been infiltrated and every piece of electronics were stolen. TV,Xbox,laptop,tools, etc. Neighbors advised him who may be responsible, however the place is full of drug addicts, ec convicts and "gangsters". This place needs to condemned. Smell of pet urine and feces, rat infested. Now he stuck in a 1 year lease! Horrible, horrible, horrible.
