Rooms To Go

I just had furniture delivered from this Rooms to Go and their guys spoke Spanish between themselves and referred to me as madre caliente. I am six months pregnant and do not appreciate being called a 'hot mother'. Furthermore, they said they couldn't take my furniture upstairs due to the stair railing. My husband proceeded to saw the railing off. In the meantime, they refused to take any of the smaller pieces upstairs. When I told them that the railing was gone, both deliver guys kicked my furniture! They were mad because they finally had to take the furniture upstairs! This has been my absolute worst experience in customer service! Do not use Rooms to Go; there are other more professional companies out there.

I went to buy a kids bedroom set and the sales guy was harrasing me to buy mattresses when I did not want any all I needed was the bed set. He rolled his eyes when I told him numerous times that I did not need a mattress

So I bought what I wanted and was told I'd get it delivered in a month. A month and half passed and I got a call saying it was not going to be delivered until october when I purchased in august. I canceled my order. Do not go here save yourself the headache.

I bought a leather sofa and loveseat. The sofa came damaged with a rip in 1 of the cushions. they had a technician come out and repair it,which I wasn't satisfied with so they did send me a new couch. after receiving the new couch I noticed I was sent a repaired couch. Very upset I called wanting to return both. I was told they have a no return policy. I told them on the back of the receipt it says no refunds are available and sales cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered in good condition. Well there you go never got a couch in good condition. Very unhappy Do Not Buy Anything from this company .

Totally incompetent. Don't waste your time, just go to Ashley.

This place is full of incompetent individuals. sales rep. charged me for a leather treatment and never told me about this treatment, im sorry but i would like to know what im being charged for before actually paying. i was probably never going to receive this treatment, otherwise why wouldn't he tell me about it. when i talked to the manager the only thing she was good at was rolling her eyes... real mature and classy. so i just took my 3000$ and i will be shopping elsewhere. i would not recommend anyone to buy anything at the Keller one, other stores MIGHT be ok.

you know something shady is going on when the sales rep. offers you 50$ out of his pocket to not tell the manager and do go through with the sale... no thanks!!
