Pilates Works: Practical Pilates & Functional Fitness - is a personal fitness studio offering exercises and methods from the traditions of Pilates, functional fitness, Bartenieff fundamentals, and more to provide a full body workout designed to fit your needs. Owner/instructor Kerry Kreiman has been teaching Pilates for 18 years and teaching dance for over 40 years. The studio's offerings include mat classes, group equipment classes, and personal training (privates/duets/trios), along with specialized classes on the CoreAligns and the MOTRS (Movement On The Roller) combining strength training with challenges in balance, agility, and short cardio spurts. Housed in a beautiful facility which was renovated from an old machine shop, this boutique fitness studio excels in providing top notch instruction on state-of-the-art Balanced Body equipment, including convertible Reformer/Half Trapeze (Cadillac) and Combo Split-Pedal Chairs. Online scheduling available for some classes on the Pilates Works' iPhone app or through the Tula software reservation system available from the studio's website.
