Personal Touch Pool Care

Very condescending attitude from Jeanine who also keeps the books. She will add services to your plan without checking with you and say"oh I thought we discussed that" well no we did not. You are forced to pay for it after that. I needed a new cleaner and they sold me a horrible product and instead of returning my money they tell me I have to allow them to fix the cleaner. Two times in two weeks is not what I call a good product. My chemicals were completely off balance and the guy they have doing it does the same thing to every pool. How do I know? Because I spoke to my neighbor. Same problem and they do the same thing to her. No more! I cancelled my service and using a much more reputable company. This one will rip you off.

Had them out recently to clean my pool and pool filter and they did a great job, they got it done in just one visit and for once I didn't need any repairs! I will use there services again!

these are the rudist people i have ever encountered. It feels to me as though it should be my priveledge to have them clean my pool and I am an idiot for not knowing this industry. how condescending can you get. if this was the only pool service in the metroplex i would fill it in and put up a treehouse rather than let these inconsiderate rude people onto my property. Please use cauton when using this business and especially dealing with Jeanine! Yuck what a vile person!!!
