Path To Wellness Chiropractic

I have been going to Path to Wellness at least a couple of years now and I love Dr. Lex and Dr. Darcy and the staff!!! They help me so much, are really nice, and this last time Dr. Lex rocked. I play goalie and always have something out of place.

I have been attending Path to Wellness for a few years now, the doctors have helped me recover from multiple sports injuries. I trust the doctors so much I even bring my wife and two boys to get adjusted. Path to Wellness has made a big difference in the health of my family and will continue to attend for years to come.

I never would have dreamed I would be going to a chiropractor. Now I can't dream of not going to one. I also have a good time never had to wait to long and they are always helpful when I need to rescheduled or change when I come in. I can't wait til they move in to their new place.

Appointment was at 4 pm. Was out and stopped by at 2:45 pm, said "I know I am early but wanted to see if you can fit me in" "No problem, we can fit you in, but it will be awhile" Waited for right about an hour. Went up to the desk and said, "I'm leaving and if you were just going to see me at my regular appointment time and have me wait, you should have just said that in the first place" I really like the team there and the people are nice but I have gone before, stopped going and then came back several times and the reasons I stopped going the times before is because I felt like a number. The extreme waiting and long appointment times, the packed waiting area with stained chairs....it isn't what it used to be. I loved it when you felt valued there and not just one of the packed masses in the waiting area. Several other folks were complaining about the wait while I was there. It felt very assembly-line like~ I will pay good money for feeling valued and won't go somewhere I am not. I know that I came in early, but next time the happens to someone else, just be honest and say, "no we can't get you in early" instead of making someone wait and basically seeing them at their regular time.

Dr. Roberson and staff and are caring and efficient in treating multiple pain problems. My husband experienced significant back pain. A call to our family physician of 10 years resulted in rather appathetic "we can work him in on Wednesday afternoon". Being Monday morning and already staying up with him two nights, that was just not acceptable. I placed a call to Path to Wellness, and had my husband in the office in two hours. An hour after the visit, he was feeling 100% better. Three adjustments later, he was back to normal. All for a fraction of the price for a visit to the ER for "muscle relaxers".
