Park Creek Apartments

I gave one star only because it requires at least one to leave a review but if I could i would give it a big fat "0" The manager is beyond un professional and so is the staff. The maintence is horrible they take over 2 weeks just to cahnge out a light bulb. The trash stinks and is over flowing. The appliances are out dated and old. the crime is really bad and the police are always visiting the complex. The nose is horrible as well. do not move in I promise you will regret it.

I have lived here for 5 months and regret it. The apartments are not luxury in any way, just because they say luxury does not mean they are. The noise from the partys that go on upstairs is horrible and when you complain nothing happens and your messages are never returned from the office staff. Im filing a complaint with their corporate office and am trying to get out of here as soon as I can. I would tell anyone who is considering Parkcreek to Run its not worth their time or fustration. This place is the worst place i have ever lived in my life and the worst decision I have ever made. PS..Did I mention the trash is always over fowing and Maintence stinks when it comes to fixing anything. Horrible Service!!

If you move in here it will be the biggest mistake you ever made! The "Management" says their great and they are so nice until you sign that lease and then a complete 360. I have lived here for 6 months I cant wait till i move out. There is more partying done here than when I was in college in the dorms! Trash cans are always full and parking is horrible, terrible! I will tell as many people I can to stay away from (Parkcreek Luxury Apt) By the way parkcreek are not luxury apts and the office staff is the worst I have never delt with this level of unprofessionalism the office staff all need to be fired and bring in some real professionals who value their Tenants! Stay away! I would give them no stars but i had to give them atleast 1 to post this. grrrrrrr

I would never recommend parkcreek to anyone! From the outside they look really nice especially since the exterior had just been painted. Living here has been horrible Ive been here for 12 months and am leaving ASAP! Trash is always over flowing, management never responds to your concerns in a timely matter and when they do they always have an excuse. Moor & moor teens are moving in making it a 24/7 party zone, beer bottles are always thrown in front cause of the non stop partying when you complain nothing happens. If you have children please reconsider and run from this place. Parkcreek apts are a joke and far from luxury

I moved into parkcreek in 06 and had nothing but a horrible experience! The management is great until you move in!! The complex its self looks really nice but looks can be decieving. Trash is always over flowing out of the dumpsters, Gross. My apartment was robbed and it took more than 3hrs for the emergency maintence to come and board the door since it was kicked in also my car was broke into not to mention several other residents cars (goes to show how safe they are) The front gates are always broke and are left open so whats the point of security gates. There are constant partys going on through all hours of the night. I compalaind several times and nothing was ever done! Thow up was all over the stairs one morning from the teens up stairs, management never did nothing! PArking is horrible and your reserved spot is always being taken when i ccalled to have cars towed I was told the apartment no longer has a contract with the tow company so they wont come tow since its private proper
