Long John Silver's

The customer service was very awful the employees a very rude. I tried to place my order in the drive thru and the lady in the Drive-Thru was very rude and argumentative so I went on the inside and got the same treatment. I honestly changed my mind about eating at the store because they were already in a bad mood and I did not I want to upset them more I honestly felt like they would have done something to my food if I would have went ahead and placed my order. I will not be coming back to this Long John Silver's and I wouldn't recommend anybody else to come over here.

MY SON AND I WENT TO THE STORE LOCATED ON BEACH STREET IN FORT WORTH, ON SATURDAY JUNE 27TH, I ORDERED THE SCAMPI MEAL.. A FEW MINUTES LATER THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE OUT OF SCAMPI. SO I ASK IF THEY COULD JUST GIVE ME SHRIMP... THEY SAID OKAY... WELL WHEN I GOT THE MEAL THE FOOD WAS OVERCOOKED .. I COULD NOT EAT THE MEAL AND THE PORTIONS WERE LIKE FOR A CHILD... IT WAS HORRIBLE.. THE RICE WAS STICKY AND THE VEGETABLES WERE VERY OVERCOOKED.. I FINALLY JUST HAD THEM TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MY MEAL... I NOW REMEMBER WHY I DONT EAT AT THIS STORE LOCATION..... MY SON WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE MANAGER TREATED US WHEN I COMPLAINED... WAS LIKE HE WAS MAD A US... WILL NOT GO BACK ... THIS STORE LOCATION USE TO BE A GOOD PLACE TO EAT.. BUT NOT NOW...O WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE.. I WOULD SUGGEST ANOTHER PLACE BEFORE I WOULD ASK THEM TO GO THERE...
