My husband and I went in on Sunday driving all the ay from Weatherford! We sat down. The waitress looked at us many times but was too busy chatting with other waitresses and took 5 minutes to greet us or take our drink order. I let that slide and she even apologized so it wasn't a big deal. We knew what we wanted and were trying to make it to a movie afterwards, we ordered wings and fried pickles. I watched as the pickles sat at the bar for 5 minutes and I saw the waitress walk by many times looking right at them it seemed but kept walking by, talking to another waitress and never brought them to us. The manager noticed them still there and brought them to us, again I was annoyed but not going to make a big deal about it. Then I watched as our wings were sat up there , they sat and 2 other waitresses began to pick them up, while our waitress wondered around the lobby oblivious. Ended up another waitress had to bring them to us. This was the point I had to say something, I asked for the manager which was a male working at noon Sunday August 5th. I told him our waitress was not attentive and I was not satisfied with the service, I was not looking for a discount or anything other than an sincere apology and maybe him saying he could use this as a coaching opportunity. Since I worked in customer service in the past, his response shocked me. He was rude and condescending. I told him I didn't think I would return to that location ever again and he said VERY sarcastically "Well I'm sorry you don't feel you can come back and have better service with another waitress" I explained why I felt this way and if I am going to shell out money, I should have to take a chance on returning to the same service, I could take my business elsewhere. He continued to talk to me in a sarcastic tone and then said "Will it BOTHER you if I take this plate for you, or do you NEED your waitress to do it." I definitely will never return. You lost a good customer and that guy needs to be trained in customer service. I will make sure this is heard by MANY people. "delightfully Tacky"- You got the tacky part right!
