We were extremely impressed with the detail that went into our home inspection and are confident we know exactly what we are purchasing. We received a comprehensive walk through upon completion of the inspection so that we were able to understand the comments on the report that was provided to us. Home Team Inspections did a wonderful job on two inspections for me. The first one uncovered a major issue the seller had been trying to cover up and therefore I declined to purchase that property. That inspection alone saved me from thousands of dollars of costly repairs. The inspector, Robert Tondre, then did a second inspection for me when I purchased my current home. He was extremely thorough and professional, going above and beyond to check every aspect of the homes. He was also very prompt in returning my calls regarding scheduling and any questions I had. His report was very detailed and he even made some suggestions on things I could easily do myself to the property to improve safety and help maintain it. I highly recommend this team of home inspectors. I was really worried in the beginning because as a single woman I didn't know what to expect. Robert and John made me feel really at ease from the beginning and the final result was a fantastic report bound like a book. They didn't rush me and explained things in detail. They also took their time, I'd heard that most rush out after an hour or 2 so this surprised me. When the inspection was over they found several issues that I needed to get addressed and I was able to use these as a negotiation tool with the owners. They used such great attention to detail with every aspect of the inspection any worries or concerns were gone within the first 10 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team for any home inspection.
