Hollywood Nails & Spa

The last couple of times I've gone to get my nails done, they weren't done correctly and the Gel polish began to peel within a week. I called and spoke to Nicki who assured me both times that they would take care of it. On both occasions I diligently went back in to have them redone correctly only to have them charge me again. This last time I told her that I would not be returning if they insisted in charging me for something they should fix free of charge and that they would be losing a good customer. She said the owners told her to charge me because the Gel goes bad after a few days. Really? I've been getting Gels for 4 years and they normally last about 3 weeks. I will not be returning to their salon again. The new owners don't seem concerned about losing a good customer. I'm reallydisappointed in the unprofessional manner in which this was handled.

I've been here about 50 times in the last 2 years. When i walked in, they call me by my name and ask me if i want my nails done. I usually would recommend a 60 min. swedish massage. i also love the 80 min. hot stone massage. If you are getting a pedicure, i would reccomend the exotic mango

I would not recommend this salon. My husband and I went for pedicures. I also wanted my eyebrows and solar nails. I feel I was overcharged. Workmanship on my nails was pitiful. My nails turned yellow. I would not recommend at all. Manager was too distracted to do any good. I had to remind her that I wanted my eyebrows done. While during my nails she kept muttering to herself. Very annoying.

I found the spa to be very elegantly furnished with a friendly staff that aims to please. They have many services to choose from ranging from a manicure to a full body massage. The owners really make a point to insist on the highest quality in customer service. My first time experience was with their exotic tea pedicure and I can't wait to go back and try their offerrings of unique facials and massages. If you are looking for a neighborhood nail salon with an upscale twist, Hollywood Nails & Spa is right for you!

This place rocks. I have been going to this place since it has opened. The manicures and pedicures are always awesome. My co-workers always ask where I get my nails done. Everyone is so friendly especially the Manager NANCY! Thanks!!

I visited this place 3 times and sch. a 'girls' spa day" 2 weeks in advance. To a great disappointment one friend had to wait 40 minutes before her appointment while the rest of recieved our facial. They also tried to sell upgrades the entire time., NOT relax not worth it. DO NO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not the typical Asian nail shop. It is nicely--if not a tad flamboyantly--decorated with a fountain & statues. They serve wine (nice touch) and have an upstairs area for parties. The prices are very good. The service--excellent! I received a fabulous pedicure and manicure--done simultaneously--with foot, leg & hand massages. My husband loed it too.
