She said his mother was sick so I did not bother him during this time. Never got a call back. He is a thief and a liar.

Thus far in 2022, Heiskell has obtained two acquittals as a result of two "Not Guilty" jury verdicts on Assault/Family Violence and Unlawful Restraint Cases. He also obtained a mistrial as a result of a "hung jury" in a Felony Theft/Embezzlement case. He prevailed in a Civil Service Commission hearing in overturning termination of a law enforcement officer as as a result of charges of dishonesty and conduct unbecoming of an officer. The officer was reinstated with full back pay and benefits. Heiskell negotiated a Deferred Prosecution Agreement on a Federal Indictment for a Firearms Violation resulting in dismissal of the indictment.
