HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth

I went to Health-South for putpatient threapy 0 monyhs after a stroke that paralyzed my left side. I hsd already had inpatient therapy ay a nursing home for 3 months and 3 weeks intensive therapy at Bsaylor Hospital. I chose Healh South because I thought it had alo of new high-tech equipment. I was put in their Day Program for Physical Therapy and Occupational Yherapy. since I was there for tw hours longer than my therapy I was givensenseless little tasks to do to help the time pass, inclufing a piusslew for children 3+.For me, this was two wasted hours a day. The therapist were very unfriendly and brlittled everything I had done the past 9 months. When told my husband was ubable to help me with therapy at home, they were very rude about my marriage. All inal. I went 3 day of twoog those left me feeling negative and hopeless. They do have igh tech, but I believe theyy are very picky about who uses it. Iwould not recommend this program to anyone that is sensitive or likes to interact withpeople
