Froman Granite

Froman Granite and Service Stone (used by Froman as the installers) installed granite countertops and really messed up the measurement when cutting one of the slabs. Although they had the specifications prior to and during the installation process, they cut it incorrectly. They said the problem was that our cabinets did not meet the standard width. They knew this before the job started and nothing was ever said about it being an issue and they continued with the job. Now I am stuck with a poorly installed countertop. The respond from Froman and Service Stone is that there is nothing they can do to rectify it. They state on other sites that they give warranties and Froman orally contracted that no money would exchange hands until the customer was satisfied. He does not honor his word. Very disappointed in both of these businesses.
