Had to get my car repaired again, went back to Collision Maxx, this time to the one in Haltom City. The guys there gave me a great price and the car looked great. Thanks guys!

My son was in an accident, and the other driver wanted to do private pay instead of going through insurance, so we decided on Collision Maxx because they were low bid. They gave us an estimate of $4700 (which quickly went to $8000), and a turnaround of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and they said it would be the end of week 3. At the end of week 3 it would be the end of week 4. At the end of the 4th week I got a call from Collision Maxx stating that the car was ready. I went to get it and found the A/C didn’t work, a vent was damaged, there were chips on the side of the hood and the front edge of the door, the emblem from the fender was missing and the best part was that the steering wheel was mounted upside down. He said at least its small stuff so it will be ready in a couple of days. At the end of week 5 it still was not ready. On Monday of week 6 my son took it home only to find out the power jack in the dash didn’t work.

Shady Shady. Told just takes a few weeks they kept it from 04/14 to 05/30 and forced them to give it back at that time. Then they admitted they took more then they could chew (really). Got a different excuse each time we called. Black marks are know on the visor that they will not explain or can clean. The door has a rattle because whatever PDR shop it was taken to has not set the key lock properly. Sent an email to what is on the website and it comes back no such address. To top it all off the mileage was set at 0 but somehow they took it for 128 miles. Guess what I work with a major insurance company and they will not be getting our business. Big mistake!!!!!!! NO STARS!!!

I had a very very very very bad experience with this body shop. My sincere advise would be, DONT GET WITH THEIR FAKE ADVERTISEMENT THAT FREE WITH DEDUCTABLES AND FREE RENTAL CAR. They will take 2-3 weeks of time but actually the original work will be for only 3-4 days. Also there is no customer friendly support. I gave my car before 2 weeks and it is still it is there in their workshop without any work started.
Go with the deductable pay 250 or 500 bucks extra and give your car to a professionally managed car shop rather than this LOCAL car shop. You will get your car within speculated days.
As of now i dono how their work will be as i have not recd my car.

mike the owner , whom does not claim the title because he shouldn't even be running an automobile type business . has stolen our vehichle and will not give it back unless we pay him $2500 cash. do not take your vehichle to this place.

This establishment lacks customer service and the quailty of work is poor. Check out the better business bureau for further information. Take your business elsewhere.
all repairs are covered under a warranty.if you need some help please call 817-605-3033.we have been over booked because of the hail and tornado damage.sorry for the poor customer service.
