City Garage DFW

Been going to a City Garage for over a decade. Good thing there are multiple City Garage in the Tarrant county area as I moved around in the past 15+ years. City Garage has been upfront with the situation with the vehicle and does not pressure one to do what they recommended. There staff is professional and efficient in what they do.

City Garage has always been honest & reasonable in my dealings with them. I appreciate their progressive, proactive approach to environmental issues in car care. Very professional & courteous.

The location on Beach is the best. Roy, Stephen, and the entire staff are great. They take the time to listen and explain things in detail to really help you make an informed decision.

It's simple.  If they say do it, it needs doing and they do it right for the right price.  Not always the lowest, but close enough that there's no need to shop around even if you're on a tight budget.

My VW Beetle rides low to the ground and I went over rough road and tore a hole in the air conditioner. City Garage fixed it for half of the price quoted by the dealer and made a special protective screen to prevent another problem. That was several years ago and I've been going to City Garage ever since. They've fixed a broken trunk latch, broken water pump and falling off license plate, and they've done all the routine maintenance. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. City Garage is the only car repair shop I trust.

Walked in at 6pm and Jackie greeted me with a smile. Explained the issue with my battery very well. They did their thing and I was out of there with a new battery by 6:40pm. Can't get any better than that!

I don't know anything about cars, but I had to take mine in because of a burnt smell. They took a look, and right away knew what the problem was. I really liked how friendly and funny the staff members were, it kept thing light and headache free. Very nice, and thank you.

When my car started making funny noises, I had no choice but to take it into a repair shop, I just had no idea were to go. Being young, and a woman, it is intimidating to have to deal with mechanics and I was not looking forward to it at all. My co worker gave me this number, I called and they set it all up from the moment I walked through the door. Very respectful and nice! They explained everything to me and fixed my car so well!
