anyone out there if you dont want to be homeless dont F with this company they will take your home and think nothing about it. I had a loan with these people and my notes was over a 1000 a month when I lost some of my Income and call and call and beg them to work with me on getting my noted lower and they would not help me they foreclose on my home I have to move on July 3 with no place to go and my mother is 86 and her health is bad I had someone working on my behalf to get a short sell and they would not take it now they house will just sit here because no one is going to pay them what they are asking for this house it needs a lot of work done on it I have ask them for more time to fine a place to go and got no reply from them this company should not be in business at all

I am dealing with this company on behalf of my aged mother. She has called on a number of occasions when her payment has been received on time but not credited. Now they have raised her payment due to this and being on a fixed income, this has made it a nightmare for her. The customer service is shoddy not to mention when you do get someone on the phone, they cannot read the notes that have been put in and do not seem to understand what needs to be done on the account. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I would not allow this company to ever exist. They are liers and deceptors and should be shut down for not being truthfull, they do things above the law and shouldn't be allowed to conduct business anywhere in this country, let alone conduct business in Texas
