        We had a dream to purchase a house. We contacted 4trust Mortgage in Fort Worth and spoke with Steve. Immediately, we got an outstanding customer service. Very nice initial greeting, whether in person, on the phone, or via email. We than met Angela. She was very nice, friendly and walked extra mile to make sure all the work involved to purchase a house went as smooth as possible. The whole staff guided us and helped us to get all the steps required. In all the situations they provided us outstanding people skills. For example, saying hello with a smile and make us feel welcome. Of course, good customer service goes beyond the initial contact. When helping customers choose the right product or service or answer their questions, assisting them with their needs is a great example of going the extra mile.         Very Friendly Trustworthy & Competent

        A friend referred this company when we were looking to buy our first home as newlyweds. We had shopped around and found some companies to be intimidating/and or surprisingly pushy. Intrust gained our trust/confidence in choosing our best financing option, and they went above and beyond to see closing through to the end of a very long day. Very reasonable fees, friendly voices and solid information on what to expect up to and after closing. Several years later, we have decided to move and are contacting Intrust, again.

        Straight Forward

        There were no questions that Steve wouldn't answer. We had been talking with several other companies at first and then we found Intrust. It was so refreshing to have someone with the knowledge and communication skills that everyone can understand. I know this is supposed to be a stressful and complicated process, but Intrust really is different.
