The customer service with Reassure American Life Insurance Company at 800-922-0513 from Paula (Team Leader), Sarah, and Abbey was the worst I have received this year and in many of the years in my past. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Reassure American Life Insurance Company to my enemy, let alone my best friend.



I have said this to more than one manager over the phone and now I am saying it to all that read. This company has terrible customer service and I feel they do not care to remedy the issue.



This company does not deserve a star rating of 1, however I was unable to send this message without giving the business a star rating.
