Nutcracker Sweet Shoppe

This is how you treat a 12 year a customer? They made my wedding cake and the birthday cakes for all my kids. The last few cakes I have gotten I haven't been totally happy with but the last 2 I got just put me over the top. They totally messed them up. I asked for purple and got blue on another cake we gave them details, drawings, colors and they couldn t get it right. We asked for neon colors and got a black & dark blue cake. They even called the morning of to confirm and still couldn't get it right. There wasn't anything on the cake that was what we asked for. I made a few attempts to contact the owner since she wasn't there when I picked it up to tell her how unhappy I was and she refuses to return an email or phone call. To have a customer that continues to come back and you can t even so much as return a call to them. That is terrible customer service. I would not recommend them cause who knows what you will get when you arrive. I was stuck paying $60 for a TERRIBLE cake that was nothing like what we asked for but it was 2 hours before my daughters party. How do I go home and tell her she doesn t have a cake?

Its been over 7 years since I have been in this shop, and have to say I was realy shocked at how dirty,and cluttered the store was. I thought that the board of health keep peaple who handled food clean. What has happened here. I can't get my self to order a cake from a filthy shop,even if it was the best in town. sorry I realy use to like this shop.
