Blessings Hair Braidings

Hair stylist was rude & unprofessional. She did not care about how I wanted my hair styled and insisted she knew what to do. Eventually, she walked away and did not attempt to finish my hair. Another stylist in salon had to finish my hair. My scalp was sore for days and I had sores in my head! This is abusive treatement and is very unprofessional/ghetto mentality.

The owner on site did not even attempt to protect the integrity of her business. Duh!

If you like abuse, money hungry, unprofessional treatment, go there. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere!

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to going to this shop.... DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR done here.. The main lady is very unprofessional and also rude, The quality of work is very poor... I would give it a 0 star. She quoted me one price and then kept saying as she was braiding my hair that she should have charged me more and demanding that I need to pay more.... This was while she was pulling tugging and gripping my brains out... she talked in her language the WHOLE time while stopping to braid my hair. I've had my hair braided several times in a feed in braid cornrow at other salons and paid $130.00. she quoted me $140.00 and I had to supply my own hair. She originally stated 160.00 but since it was my first and LAST time going she agreed to $140.00 and I supply the marley hair. The process normally takes 3 hours, She took 5.5 hours most of which was spent stopping and running her mouth with her co-worker (who also didn't know how to braid)

This woman is so unprofessional! I asked her for an invisible part and she left my tracks showing andect huge gaps in my hair... She deserves no stars! Two thumbs DOWN!

The worst hair braiding shop you could ever go to. DO NOT waste your money!!!!The main lady who runs the shop cannot braid properly. I paid $190 for Senegalese Twist and after the first night they started coming out. The were pretty to the eye when I left the shop, but the quality sucked! By the 2nd week I had lost 25-30 braids!!! Every time I turn around someone was handing me a braid off of the ground or I noticed the braids laying there!!! So EMBARRASSING!!! When I went to the shop to show the lady what was going wrong she got really nasty. I very politely told her that I noticed that she did not two strand twist the Senegalese in my hair, and just wrapped the weave around one strand of my hair leaving it left to do nothing but slip right out. Braids were slipping from the middle and the edges of my hair. All she did was roll her eyes and she refused to even look at the braids that were remaining in my hair that were on the verge of coming out! This psychopath had a nerve to tell me I was due for a touch up and had to pay her and additional $60 to replace the missing braids! Anyone who knows and gets braids knows that it is no way in hell you should have to get your braids touched up after 2-3weeks! Usually that happens when you are nearing 2 months!!! In addition to that. They are very unprofessional. In the after only working on my hair for 1 hour the lady stopped and said I will be right back in a few minutes. Left out and stayed gone for over an hour. When she got back she had her young daughter and had stopped at McDonald's! Never even mentioned what he had to do. This in turn made me late for a prior appointment because she promised that I would be finished in 4-5 hours!!!! The time got slower and slower and by the time i looked up it was 11pm. I had arrive at the shop at 1245pm!!!! The lady had another nerve to ask me to come back the next day so she could finish with the cutting, burning, and hot water dip that would have taken another hour!!!DO yall think I got up out of that chair!!!! Hell to the no!!!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT waste you money. I have been getting braids for over 15 years. THEY SUCK!!!!!
