Sunset Beach Service

8:20 am - Beach Attendant, Dominik, apparently doesn’t start until 9:00. Umbrellas were up and he was putting more up further down the beach. I grabbed a chair and brought it out to sit on while he finished. He actually came running back to me, took the chair away, and said 9:00. Really?? Really??

We stayed at Waters Edge on okaloosa island and had Elliott as our beach attendant. He was phenomenal. He not only had daily conversations with us, he attended to any need we had, even helped set up a treasure hunt for our girls. He is very knowledgeable about the tides and ocean life. He gave great recommendations on restaurants. Elliott helped a family with a wheelchair and another older woman with a cane, everyday!! Such a sweet boy and a super hard worker. He had chairs set up way before neighboring condos!

The owner of our condo at Beach Colony West in Navarre have paid an annual fee for chairs. The on site staff demands that we pay again if we would like to have chairs in a location that can see the water. The owner of the company and his staff are arrogant, rude, and do not provide any service. Theyre simply looking to extort money for services that have already been paid for. Absolutely ridiculous.

Spotty Sunset Beach Service at The Regency.



Every other condo resort on the beach had their chairs set up bright and early, not so for those of us at staying at The Regency. Disappointing and very spotty service for our entire week stay. Very rude and disrespectful Sunset Beach Service chair attendants. Management seemed to careless. Chairs and umbrellas very nice and comfortable. If you are stay at The Regency, be ready to camp out early for your spot on the beach until your Sunset Beach Service chair and umbrella arrives!

Direct quote, "I am not late, I don't start getting paid until 9:00am."

Chairs set up hours after the bigger hotels, while he takes a paddle board break. when finally set up they put them behind all the tents, with the exuse that they don't control where the tents set up--- no, but you can control where you place your clients. Management was very dismissive. If your looking to relax on your vacation, I suggest you take your own if your resort/ hotel/ condo uses this business
