After years of taking my three daughters and myself for monthly pedicures, I had a male who actually mocked me when I asked that the nails on my big toes be the same length. He asked if my thumb nails where the same, which was a ridiculous question as I, and no-one else without cuffs on, stands around with their thumbs together. However, we do stand with our feet together. I was so insulted, that I told him that this was a joke to him, at which he laughed. I put my shoes back on and drove 1/10 of a mile to the next pedicure business. I have not, and never will go to Queen Nails again.
At one point, this was a reputable business where many business women went. Now this business serves a different demographics, with children running around or babies crying in strollers while moms get their nail done.

I had a very bad experience. First Nick was late to work and to my scheduled appt. It was my first (and last) appt. with Nick. I paid for a spa pedicure and walked out with toenails that looked worse than before I went in. Nick barely scraped my feet, I don't think he even touched my cuticles. I was trying to relax and read a magazine, apparently, I should have been watching what he was doing. He painted over clear polish that was on my toes. He painted unevenly, did not cover all the toes, did not even go up to the top of my big toes. It was a hot mess. They do not over toe protectors so the second I stood up my toe naturally laid against another toe. I could feel this so I asked him about it and he said, "Its fine" and stuck in a cotton ball. I asked him to fix the areas that I could clearly see were messed up and he just slopped on more paint on top of the already sloppy areas, making it look much worse than it already did. After getting home and really inspecting my pedicure I am kicking myself that I went there and that I actually tipped him 20%, what was I thinking? It was an awkward experience that resulted in an awful pedicure. Unfortunately, I have no time to get it fixed by a real professional before I leave on my trip. I think the worst part of all of it is just how little Nick cared. Why does it feel like no one cares about their work anymore? Writing this review is my way of helping others. Stay away from Nick at Queen Nails! I can't speak for anyone else there and actually the place itself seemed really nice, too bad I ended up with him.
