I have rented from this realtor for 17 years please be aware of there 14 Cape dr. APT they have turned it into a mostly section 8 residents and it has a real Cabrini-Green atmosphere

Amber and Diane were amazing to work with, I rented from them previously and had to move due to a death in the family. I couldn't give 30 day notice and had to move because I couldn't afford to stay. Well I got my deposit check today and they were able to give me back half of my deposit back when I wasn't expecting any. They have been such an amazing blessing and always asked me how I was doing. Horrible experience. This company does NOT do or follow through with what they tell you they are going to do! Absolutely would NOT rent from them!

Diane and her staff are wonderful property managers. I live in California and rely heavily on them to handle all the details. I visited Florida in February of this year and not only did the property look great, it was being rented by a great tenant who has been there for many years. They have done a great job of keeping me updated each month and providing a detailed accounting of the rent money and repairs. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a property management company.
