        I placed a stop payment on a chk for a portion of a repair because the conv top was leaking. a woman there called me and threaten to arrest me put a lien on my car I called them she informed me that I was a criminal and she had looked me up stating I should be shaking in my boots because I had been to prison b4 all I had asked was for my top to be fixedy went in to show them and when I did she was never once concerned about the bad job but about the fact I was a prisoner and that she knows about me and that she knows people that know me and that I would see.threatening me. all I was addressing was the problem and had money with me but wanted it fixed.she told me how I robbed her! I was told I had labor and a manufac wrrty but she wasn't giving me that now.she threatened to not take the money and just call the sheriff.never in my life has my past been used at a place of business nor have I been threatened that I would soon see who she knew. this was a personal attack of every sort

        Talked to the folks at Bobs about making a couple of seat covers for me using a removed cover as a pattern, then installing the seats on the frames. Made a deal on the phone, took them the pattern, took the seat frames to them, then they said installation would be more money. Don't trust these guys. Quality of work wasn't that good either.

        I would recommend anyone other then Bobs upholstry. Seat covers were installed inside out. Manager was totally rude and stomped out of the room. He did not want to take resposibility for installing material inside out. He told us we should have told him. One side is very plush and is obviously for sitting on. The side they installed on the outside is all stiches and rough. His solution was that I should go purchase more material at $ 40 dollars and he would install it this time for half price. This guy is rude and has some serious issues. The F rating on the BBB ( i found out too late) is likely too high for him.

        Jarred was rude and in a hurry on the phone. Did not want to install a complete insurance pay top and liner, Refused to send est to dealer and told me to do the legwork and he would do the easy stuff. Would not go to or return at anytime

        He replaced the convertible top on my 50th Anniversary Thunderbird as an outsource job from the dealership. Beautiful work and excellent customer service when I returned to him for a small adjustment ion the headliner. Next time I'll just go straight to him! Highly recommend.
